SINGAPORE - The National Environment Agency issued a heavy rain warning on Sunday, with heavy thundery showers expected over many areas in Singapore between 3.40pm and 5pm.
The Public Utilities Board (PUB) also warned of flash floods in low-lying areas, and advised the public to exercise caution.
